Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources initiatives for a dynamic organization in the food and food processing industry. Based in Eagan, Minnesota, this long-term contract position involves driving strategic HR practices to support business goals, foster employee engagement, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee benefit programs, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and compliance with applicable laws.
• Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to all HR compliance standards, including regulatory and legal requirements.
• Manage workers' compensation processes, ensuring timely and efficient handling of claims.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Establish clear communication channels to effectively disseminate HR policies and updates across the organization.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements • Extensive experience in human resources leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in managing benefit functions and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of compliance practices and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and procedures.
• Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
