Description We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Lease Administrator/Analyst 1 to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for analyzing lease agreements, managing financial obligations, and ensuring compliance with critical deadlines. This position is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills and experience in commercial lease administration.

Responsibilities:

• Review lease agreements and identify key financial and legal obligations, including rent and payment schedules.

• Monitor and manage critical dates to ensure compliance with lease terms.

• Conduct financial reconciliations, audits, and budget reviews to maintain accuracy and accountability.

• Communicate effectively with landlords, service partners, and internal teams to address lease-related inquiries.

• Utilize specialized software and platforms to document, track, and manage lease data.

• Prepare and analyze operating budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Administer claims and manage correspondence related to lease agreements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve disputes and ensure smooth lease renewals.

• Generate monthly reports summarizing lease activities and financial performance.

• Maintain quality assurance processes to uphold data integrity and compliance. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

• Previous experience in commercial lease administration, preferably with a real estate company.

• Strong skills in financial reconciliation, budget analysis, and auditing processes.

• Proficiency in using specialized software and platforms for lease management.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with colleagues and partners.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

• Familiarity with real estate, banking operations, or commercial leasing is preferred.
