Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. In this position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with various teams and contribute to the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective troubleshooting assistance to customers by utilizing a comprehensive knowledge base.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records to support training and quality assurance efforts.

• Collaborate with internal teams to test and evaluate new products and features prior to their market release.

• Handle customer requests related to sales and returns processes with professionalism and efficiency.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements • Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various customer needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
