    Key Responsibilities:

    + Record financial transactions, including processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

    + Reconcile bank and financial accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.

    + Prepare monthly financial reports for management.

    + Maintain and organize documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

    + Assist with budgeting processes and monitor financial trends.

    + Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in the finance or wealth management industry.

    + Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software.

    + Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality.

    + An associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.

    Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles, preferably in a detail-oriented services environment.

     

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial management.

    • Strong knowledge of accounts reconciliation, AP, and AR processes.

    • Familiarity with tax compliance, including pass-through and federal taxes.

    • Ability to prepare and analyze balance sheets and general ledger entries.

    • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and entities.

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.

    • Prior experience in payroll processing and month-end close activities is a plus.
