Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in St. Cloud, Minnesota. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient management of accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions. Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions, including preparing, coding, entering, and ensuring timely payment to vendors.

• Manage accounts receivable tasks, such as recording and applying incoming customer payments.

• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely resolution.

• Reconcile vendor and customer statements to maintain accurate financial records.

• Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to ensure data integrity.

• Generate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Conduct detailed account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle to manage financial data effectively.

• Maintain organized and accurate records of all financial transactions.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

• Strong skills in account reconciliation and invoice processing.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and customers.

• Prior experience with billing and data entry is highly desirable.
