Description
We are looking for a skilled Multi-Site Controller to oversee the financial operations of multiple manufacturing facilities in the Brockway, Pennsylvania area. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide financial leadership, manage reporting processes, and implement effective controls to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with plant management teams to drive financial performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a financial partner to plant management, offering insights to improve profitability and optimize cost efficiencies.
• Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic analysis for multiple sites.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports across individual plants and consolidated operations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and relevant financial regulations.
• Oversee cost accounting procedures to maintain accurate inventory valuations, standard costs, and variance analysis.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to protect company assets and ensure adherence to policies.
• Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and supply chain, to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Mentor and manage financial teams across sites, fostering growth and alignment of organizational goals.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and ensuring compliance.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of accounting or finance experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven ability to manage financial operations across multiple locations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate financial scenarios and drive results.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and fostering a culture of compliance.
