Description We are looking for a dedicated Staff Specialist in Quality Management Systems to join our team in Portage, Michigan. This long-term contract position involves developing and managing labeling content for medical devices, ensuring compliance with global healthcare regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with experts across various fields to produce accurate, high-quality labels tailored for healthcare professionals worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain medical device labeling content that adheres to regulatory and business requirements.

• Partner with product specialists to collect, evaluate, and refine labeling information.

• Utilize specialized software to format and compile label content effectively.

• Ensure labels meet the needs of healthcare professionals in diverse global markets.

• Verify compliance with medical device standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage labeling templates and packaging components.

• Oversee the review and approval process for labeling materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Provide support for the release process by ensuring timely and accurate label production.

• Monitor and report on labeling metrics to improve quality and efficiency.

• Assist in the design and execution of labeling strategies for new product development. Requirements • Proven experience in documentation, labeling, or regulatory compliance within the medical device or healthcare industry.

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in specialized software for label design and formatting.

• Knowledge of global medical device regulations and standards.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with packaging components and business requirement documentation.

• Strong organizational and planning skills with a focus on quality and accuracy.
