Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to lead diverse projects, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of complex initiatives, ensuring they meet established goals, timelines, and budgets.

• Collaborate with vendors to build effective partnerships and manage relationships throughout project lifecycles.

• Utilize Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and deliver projects while fostering a flexible and adaptive team environment.

• Develop and manage financial frameworks, including budgets, forecasts, and cost-benefit analyses.

• Create and maintain detailed project documentation using tools such as Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

• Implement change management strategies to guide teams and stakeholders through transitions effectively.

• Manage global delivery processes, ensuring consistency and quality across various enterprise projects.

• Monitor and report project status while identifying and mitigating risks.

• Leverage tools such as Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure project transparency. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience applying them in project execution.

• Proficiency in financial planning, including budget creation, forecasting, and cost analysis.

• Expertise in Office applications, including Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira to support project tracking and management.

• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and foster collaboration.

• Experience working with global enterprises and delivering projects across diverse teams.
