    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize international tax software and research tools to ensure accurate and efficient compliance processes.

    • Supervise and mentor less experienced team members, providing training and guidance on international tax issues and compliance.

    • Oversee the preparation and review of international tax forms, including Forms 5471, 8992, and other required documentation.

    • Advise clients on inbound and outbound tax matters, including structuring, repatriation strategies, and foreign tax credit optimization.

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of legislative and regulatory developments in international tax and communicate their impact to clients.

    • Represent the firm professionally at networking events and within the international business community.

    • Collaborate with Partners, Directors, and team members to deliver exceptional client service and identify opportunities for business growth.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of public accounting experience.
