Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our Accounts Payable operations and support critical accounting functions such as fixed asset management, capital expenditure tracking, budgeting, and audit coordination. This role is ideal for an individual with strong leadership capabilities and an in-depth understanding of accounting principles who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Accounts Payable department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoice processing and payment distribution.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and internal control standards.

• Maintain and oversee the fixed asset ledger, including tracking asset additions, disposals, and calculating depreciation schedules.

• Monitor and classify capital expenditures, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and proper accounting treatment.

• Collaborate on the creation and analysis of departmental budgets and financial forecasts.

• Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary documentation to support both internal and external audit processes.

• Reconcile the Accounts Payable sub-ledger with the general ledger, resolving discrepancies as they arise.

• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve the efficiency of Accounts Payable and fixed asset workflows.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting and reporting practices. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• At least 5 years of accounting experience requiring attention to detail, including 3 years specializing in Accounts Payable management.

• Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting, capital expenditure tracking, budgeting, and audit procedures.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.

• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present financial information clearly.

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar systems is a plus.

• Certification in accounting or progress toward certification is preferred but not required.
