    About Us:

    The PARTI (Positive Alternative Recreation Teambuilding Impact) Program is a nonprofit committed to uplifting youth by supporting academic achievement, fostering social connection, promoting wellness, removing barriers to employment, and encouraging community involvement. We champion character development, mentorship, and equity across underserved communities in Santa Clara County and surrounding areas.

    Position Summary:

    We’re looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Development & Outreach Coordinator to lead efforts around corporate partnerships, community engagement, and visibility campaigns. This person will focus on generating sponsorships, driving nonprofit awareness, and expanding our network of supporters across the Bay Area. You'll be the connector—building relationships with Silicon Valley companies, local leaders, and aligned organizations to grow funding opportunities and increase our impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sponsorships & Funding Development

    + Identify, pitch, and secure corporate sponsorships and in-kind support for events and programs

    + Cultivate relationships with existing donors, partners, and new supporters to build sustainable funding pipelines

    + Deliver mission-driven presentations that inspire involvement from local businesses and community stakeholders

    + Collaborate with leadership on donor stewardship strategies

    • Outreach & Brand Awareness

    + Represent PARTI at networking events, community meetings, and outreach opportunities 2–3 days per week

    + Strengthen our brand presence by cultivating partnerships with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), civic leaders, and affinity groups

    + Coordinate marketing efforts across digital platforms, newsletters, and community calendars

    • Marketing & Communications

    + Assist in developing outreach materials, pitch decks, social media content, and press releases

    + Support storytelling efforts by highlighting youth impact and success stories

    + Monitor community engagement metrics and provide feedback to refine outreach strategies

    • Event Support & Community Activation

    + Help plan and promote signature events, fundraisers, and awareness campaigns

    + Support youth-led initiatives and serve as a visible ambassador for our mission

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 1–3 years of experience in nonprofit development, sponsorship sales, marketing, or community outreach—preferably within Santa Clara, San Mateo, or Alameda Counties

    + Proven ability to build strong relationships and drive engagement with donors, sponsors, or corporate partners

    + Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a passion for youth and community advocacy

    + Self-starter comfortable managing multiple tasks and representing an organization in the public eye

    + Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Bloomerang, Canva, or email marketing tools is a plus
