    Job Summary

    The Proposal Analyst is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop detailed and complex proposals for OEM customers. This role involves working closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to create accurate cost estimates, including non-recurring engineering, tooling, certification, and recurring costs.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Support the bid team in gathering technical and operational data for complex OEM commercial proposals.

    + Compile technical and operational inputs into formal commercial proposals for management review.

    + Ensure proposals are comprehensive, capturing all associated cost and schedule impacts.

    + Prepare reports that summarize financial data, including proposal costs, profit margins, and other relevant metrics.

    + Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.

    + High attention to detail.

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple variables.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across various stakeholder groups.

    + Demonstrated business acumen.

    + Solid understanding of financial calculations, cost compilation, and estimation.

    + Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.

    •Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience generating and reviewing Requests for Proposals/Quotes (RFPs/RFQs).

    + Background in the aerospace industry, particularly with airlines, aircraft OEMs, or aircraft interiors suppliers.
