Description
Robert Half has a brand new opening for a Lead .NET Developer with a growing client in the Cape Coral/Ft Myers, FL area.
Position is 100% REMOTE and is full-time hours. Compensation ranging $120-150K depending on amount of experience (total and as a Lead)

Looking for Senior level .NET experience with at least 3+ years as a Lead Developer (hands-on developer that leads/mentors other Sr, Mid & Jr developers, including code reviews).
Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the development team, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
+ Architect, design, and develop high-quality software solutions aligned with business needs and technical standards
+ Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to define and deliver product features and improvements
+ Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration practices
+ Mentor and support team members in their professional development and technical growth
+ Identify and address performance bottlenecks and maintain scalable systems
+ Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and assess their potential for integration
+ Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
Requirements
Skills/Experience Looking For:
+ 7+ years of .NET software development experience with at least 2 years in a Lead Developer position
+ Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Azure DevOps, Blazor, SQL Server, Azure, Javascript, jQuery, HTML, CSS
+ Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
+ Experience with Agile development methodologies
+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
