Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in College Park, Georgia. This role requires someone with a strong background in managing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payment processing. Responsibilities:

• Process and code invoices accurately while adhering to company policies.

• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure financial records are complete and correct.

• Prepare and execute check runs to ensure timely payments to vendors.

• Maintain accurate data entry of financial information into accounting systems.

• Resolve discrepancies and issues related to invoices and payments.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries.

• Assist in maintaining organized records of all accounts payable activities.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.

• Support month-end closing processes by reconciling accounts and reviewing transactions. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.

• Proficiency in invoice coding and processing.

• Strong skills in account reconciliation and financial recordkeeping.

• Familiarity with check runs and payment processing.

• Accurate and efficient data entry abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reporting.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
