    Compensation: 45,000 -52,000

     

    Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist looking for a permanent role with a dynamic and growing organization? We’re hiring on behalf of our client, seeking a detail-oriented professional to join their team.     Key Responsibilities

    + Process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.

    + Verify and reconcile accounts payable data to ensure timely payments.

    + Review and resolve discrepancies related to vendor invoices and statements.

    + Assist in month-end and year-end accounts payable close processes.

    + Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation.

    + Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment issues.

    + Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

    Qualifications

    + Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in accounts payable or a related role.

    + Software Skills: Proficiency with SharePoint and basic Excel knowledge.

    + Education: An associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.

    + Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.

     

    • Proficiency in coding invoices and data entry with high attention to detail.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar accounting software.

    • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

    • Ability to manage vendor statement reconciliations effectively.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
