    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Delray Beach, Florida. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including employee records management, and recruitment processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

    • Support recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and managing applicant tracking systems.

    • Perform audits on HR data to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.

    • Utilize tools such as Paylocity for daily operations.

    • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions.

    • Collaborate with the HR team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

    • Generate reports and provide analysis on HR metrics as needed.

    • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.

    Requirements

    • Experience conducting background checks and managing applicant tracking systems.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

    • Familiarity with employee benefits administration and related processes.

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee data.

    • Previous experience in auditing HR records is highly desirable.

    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
