    Overview:

    Robert Half’s Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) team is growing! We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist with deep expertise in expense management and Concur.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Process and review employee expense reports using Concur

    + Ensure proper coding and compliance with company expense policies

    + Resolve discrepancies and communicate directly with employees and managers on approvals

    + Support invoice processing, vendor maintenance, and reconciliations as needed

    + Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate posting and reporting

    + Assist with system clean-up, documentation, or optimization projects when needed

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 3+ years of recent Accounts Payable experience

    + Must have hands-on experience with Concur Expense

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions

    + Familiarity with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus

    + Professional communication and the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
