Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in New Castle, Delaware. This is a long-term contract position requiring onsite work. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, resolving account discrepancies, and ensuring timely processing of payments.

Responsibilities:

• Process and post customer payments with accuracy and efficiency.

• Investigate and reconcile account discrepancies to ensure all financial records are up-to-date.

• Scan payments into the bank system and maintain organized records.

• Communicate effectively with retailers, sales teams, warehouse staff, drivers, and customer service representatives to resolve outstanding balances.

• Collaborate with the National Call Center to address and settle account issues.

• Keep detailed notes of all account-related communications within the Sapphire system.

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage and analyze financial data.

• Support payment collection efforts and follow up on overdue accounts.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling sensitive financial information. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong ability to resolve account discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with various stakeholders.

• Familiarity with payment processing and account reconciliation.

• Experience working in customer service or call center environments is preferred.

• Ability to work onsite in New Castle, Delaware.

• High level of organization and attention to detail when managing financial data.
