    We’re seeking a Finance Director to lead the finance and accounting function for a dynamic manufacturing organization. This isn’t just about balancing books—it’s about partnering with operations, driving cost efficiencies, and leading strategic planning across global entities. This role blends financial rigor with operational insight in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

     

    You’ll serve as a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly into executive management while overseeing forecasting, planning, financial reporting, and cost analysis.     What You'll Do

     

    + Drive global financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis

    + Oversee manufacturing and cost accounting across multiple facilities

    + Interpret financial results and proactively recommend performance improvements

    + Own and evolve the budgeting process, capital planning, and KPI development

    + Present financial updates and business recommendations to senior leadership

    + Ensure compliance with US GAAP, local regulations, and SOX requirements

    + Champion continuous improvement in financial systems, tools, and controls

    + Lead and develop a team of financial analysts and accounting professionals

    Requirements

    Who You Are

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA/CPA/CMA a strong plus

    + 10+ years in finance/accounting, with at least 5 in leadership roles

    + Manufacturing industry experience required; global exposure preferred

    + Skilled in ERP systems (SAP a plus), Excel wizardry, and financial storytelling

    + Strategic, data-driven, collaborative, and capable of thriving in matrixed organizations
