    Description We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.

    • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.

    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

    • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times.

    • Coordinate scheduling and appointments as needed.

    • Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.

    • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.

    • Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary. Requirements • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, copiers, and computers.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    • Familiarity with basic administrative procedures.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • A demeanor reflecting years of experience and attention to detail.
