Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing & Event Coordinator to join our team in Anaheim, California. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone passionate about organizing and executing impactful events while contributing to marketing and brand initiatives. The role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners to deliver successful events and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of company events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
• Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering arrangements, transportation coordination, and guest accommodations.
• Oversee event budgets and timelines while maintaining strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
• Develop and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Uphold the company's brand image by ensuring all messaging and visual elements align with established guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and enhance customer engagement.
• Coordinate efforts with external vendors, agencies, and partners to successfully execute marketing initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to align on event and marketing strategies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to travel for events (up tp 40% travel) and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Capacity to lift up to 25 lbs as needed for event setup and logistics.
