Business Analyst – International Sales
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Business Analyst – International Sales for Pilgrim’s that reports onsite to the Corporate Office in Greeley, Colorado.
Pilgrim’s is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for our international sales team. This role will be supporting several sales directors and upper management with daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc analysis and reporting. This role is a great fit for candidates seeking future growth, as it will include interaction with teams throughout entire production and distribution process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for correcting what is incorrect, be a lifelong learner, and have strong partnering skills to effectively influence peers as well as senior business leaders.
Responsibilities:
+ Develops and executes reports and analyses related to the Sales Programs area.
+ Calculates, tracks, and communicates key performance indicators (KPIs) for the international sales team.
+ Goes beyond data compilation to identify and quantify opportunities, and recommends actionable improvements.
+ Clearly and concisely communicates findings in a compelling and results-oriented manner.
+ Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Customer Service teams as needed.
+ Facilitates the communication of results and recommendations to peers and senior leadership.
+ Drives continuous process improvement in data analysis and value generation.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ Strong dashboard experience with tools such as Qlik or Power BI is highly preferred; ability to design, interpret, and present data visually is essential.
+ Experience in data extraction and cleaning to support accurate reporting and analysis.
+ Proven ability to simplify complex analyses into clear, big-picture insights supported by accurate details.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including use of VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and macros.
+ Skilled in presentation development and delivery, including crafting compelling slides and communicating insights effectively.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other related tools.
+ Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
+ Experience with SAP or other CRM systems are strongly preferred.
+ Demonstrated analytical strength and attention to detail.
+ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proposing solutions in uncertain or evolving environments.
+ Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
+ Strong goal orientation with a track record of meeting deadlines.
+ Highly focused, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
+ Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
+ Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
+ 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
+ Base salary range of $60,000-$85,000;
+ Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
