    Responsibilities

    The New Vehicle Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.

     

    + Ensure sales goals are attained

    + Sales Staff Recruiting, Training and Development

    + Manage daily activity of the sales staff

    + Ensure sales people are engaging with customers

    + Track ad sourcing

    Qualifications

    We are searching for a true leader with the ability to train and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed objectives.

     

    + Bilingual - Fluent in both English and Spanish

    + 2-3 years dealership sales management experience required

    + Toyota experience preferred

    + Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI

    + Strong communication and customer engagement skills

    + Superior auto sales and sales management experience

    + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
