Position Summary

The Small Group Project Manager manages execution of strategic initiatives across Small Group organization and generates reporting to provide Small Group insights and learnings to functional leaders in the Small Group Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

+ Drives development and execution of project plans.

+ Leads cross-functional communication and team accountability for deadlines.

+ Gathers and summarizes sales and retention data to identify trends and opportunities.

+ Develops presentations of data to summarize results for peers and leadership.

Required Qualifications

+ 2-3 years of project management and/or data reporting and analysis experience.

+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

+ Proficiency with desktop software applications such as Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

+ 3-5 years of project management experience in a health insurance setting.

+ Mastery of Microsoft Excel functions for data summarization.

+ Familiarity with SalesForce reporting.

+ Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education

+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
