The Roving Auto Technician travels assigned AAA Auto Centers using a company vehicle. Responsible for the technical service and/or repair of vehicles assigned by the service advisor or supervisor of auto repair center. Ensure quality of service and repair.

Essential Functions • Successfully complete automotive service and repair work qualified to perform. Perform work according to safety guidelines. Complete vehicle inspection form and vehicle diagnostic form and submit to service advisor. Complete documentation of repair work completed.• Advises service advisor of change in a vehicles status. Inspect vehicles for additional needed repairs or maintenance and recommend them to the service advisors for sale to customers.• Responsible to maintain a safe and clean work area.• Study technical bulletins, industry magazines, and technical web sites.Additional Information for the Mobile Technician • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record• Each mobile technician would be provided a pickup and an enclosed trailer to allow for their tools to be transported to different AAA Auto Centers as needed• The included vehicles upkeep, fuel and maintenance would be supplied at COR expenseEducation and/or Experience: • Technical Training• 3-5 years’ experience
