    Position Summary

    The role will focus on providing solution architecture across IT infrastructure operations, aligning with all teams within the department (Private Cloud / Directory Services / Backup & Recovery / DR Coordination). Collaborating with other IT infrastructure teams and divisional IT functions to provide guidance and standards for relevant solutions. There is a focus on forming and delivering strategies to enable capabilities and meet business goals.

    Responsibilities

    + This role is subject to Export Control Restrictions (ITAR) and all applicants must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee.

    + Technical Expertise:Proficient in solution design with a strong understanding of technical architecture and system analysis across multiple domains.

    + Technology Background:Proven experience in technology roles, supported by relevant academic qualifications and hands-on experience.

    + Communication Skills:Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for translating complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.

    + Passion for Learning:A proactive and enthusiastic approach to expanding knowledge of current and emerging technologies.

    + Relationship Building:Strong ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the business.

    + Creative Problem Solver:A curious and innovative mindset, essential for effective problem-solving and solution design.

    + Self-Management:Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage your own workload, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of tasks.

    + Subject Matter Expertise:In-depth knowledge and expertise in the relevant technical domain, positioning you as a go-to resource for the team:

    + Automation

    + Configuration Management of Server Workloads

    + Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing global environment.

    + Collaboration and influencing skills working effectively with IT and non-IT stakeholders.

    + Proven IT analytical and troubleshooting skills along with attention to detail.

    + Experience of development lifecycle and of formal approaches to development (Agile, MSF), project management (Prince II, PMP) and service management (ITIL).

    + TOGAF certified or with significant architecture experience at a strategic level.

    + Bachelor's degree in IT/computer science (or related area) required.

    + Significant experience within the Information Technology industry required -10

    + + Enthusiasm about driving IT transformation.
