    Qualifications:

    + 2-3 years Dealership F&I Manager experience (required)

    + Strong Customer Service Focus (required)

    + Attention to detail and CIT (required)

    + Team player that works well with others (required)

    + Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals (required)

    + CDK experience (preferred)

    + Nissan or Import experience (preferred)

    + Ready to have fun while making customer happy

     

    The California pay range for this position is $180,000.00-225,000.00 annually.

     

    This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
