What Are We Looking For?

+ As an innovative and highly respected leader in the automotive industry, we are looking for driven, diligent, thorough, and EXPERIENCED SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our team.

Qualifications:

+ 2 yrs. Prior Sales experience REQUIRED/ Automotive Sales experience, A Plus.

+ Open to ALL brand experience, Ford experience, A Plus.

+ CDK/ADP experience is a PLUS.

+ The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed & strong negotiation skills.

+ Ability to build rapport with clients.

The annual Estimated Earnings Range is $41,092.00 - $161,736.00.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
