Job Summary:

Exos is looking for a Temporary Studio Production Specialist to join our growing production team. We are a highly collaborative, fast-moving department that supports innovative, live holistic wellness and coach-to-camera programming out of our broadcast studio facilities. This will be a multi-functional position, responsible for the daily studio content production and strategic development of Exos in emerging disciplines across all live & on-demand content.

The Temporary Studio Production Specialist will report to the Director of Studio Operations, and will be based onsite in Phoenix, AZ.

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Support daily studio content production (both live and on-demand)

+ Work with instructors & coaches to produce and edit live content

+ Video editing, media asset management, and operating as a videographer

+ Operate and maintain studio equipment and software.

+ Organize and manage all recorded media, both on hard drives and storage server

+ Troubleshoot media production equipment, including configuration

+ Solve complex technical problems for computers, cameras, lights and applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

+ Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field

+ Deep knowledge of video production and production etiquette

+ 5+ years of previous experience working with and troubleshooting media production equipment, including configuration and solving complex technical problems

+ Experience with cameras, cinematography, live productions & video switching, photography, editing, & sound recording.

+ Familiarity and experience with Zoom, live and post-production software (Blackmagic ATEM Software & Switcher, Adobe Creative Suite, Da Vinci Resolve).

+ Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask autonomously.

+ Ability to maintain organization, professionalism, and patience under pressure.

+ Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ An understanding of and interest in new trends and developments in the wider field.

+ Excellent communication skills; willingness to be a team player

+ A strong portfolio of successful, high-quality videos, commercials, television shows, films, etc.

+ Experience with the health and wellness culture/ physical fitness preferred
