Are you ready to lead complex, cross-functional projects that directly shape our innovation pipeline? As a Senior Product Change Manager, you serve as the primary driver of product change execution, managing high-impact initiatives across the full project lifecycle. With advanced project management skills and a strategic mindset, you ensure excellence in delivery while continuously improving how we operate. You are a master of structure, a clear communicator, and a go-to partner for problem-solving and governance.
How you will contribute
In this role, you will:
+ Lead complex and high-priority projects through planning, development, execution, monitoring & control, and closure.
+ Define and manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and communications with discipline and autonomy.
+ Drive stakeholder alignment across multiple functions and seniority levels, influencing without authority.
+ Lead recurring status meetings and create actionable project dashboards and reports to enable decision-making.
+ Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proposing and executing contingency plans.
+ Ensure project data completeness and compliance in project management tools.
+ Support adoption of Idea to Market methodology as an execution role model for peers.
What you will bring
+ 5+ years’ experience in managing cross-functional projects in product change, commercialization, or innovation.
+ Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
+ Proven ability to manage complex project portfolio independently.
+ Advanced communication and influence skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in project management tools.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
+ Strong analytical thinking and familiarity with change management and governance practices.
+ PMP certificate and Accolade experience are a plus.

What you need to know about this position:
This is a senior-level execution role focused on the successful delivery of complex innovation projects. While this in an individual contributor role, it requires strong leadership, cross-functional influence, and autonomy. You will not only manage execution – you will help shape how we deliver with excellence, speed and consistency.

Bachelor's Degree is required.

This is a hybrid role where you are expected to be in the office twice a week
Salary:
The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
