About the Job:

As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a key role in managing the full accounts payable cycle, supporting accounts receivable activities, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our financial operations. This position involves handling a high volume of transactions and requires strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and general ledger systems is a strong plus.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Review and process vendor and supplier invoices for payment

+ Enter and code invoices in Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting system

+ Execute weekly disbursements via check, ACH, and credit card

+ Handle customer invoicing, receipts, credit memos, and refunds

+ Record daily deposits and reconcile bank accounts

+ Process and audit employee reimbursements and customer referrals

+ Register customer warranties and manage financing transactions

+ Support ad-hoc projects within the Accounting and Finance team

+ Contribute to process improvement efforts and cross-department communication

Job Requirements:

+ 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounts payable experience

+ Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP (preferred)

+ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
