    Reports to: Accounting Manager

     

    Hour: Monday-Friday 8-4pm, 35 hours a week

    ONSITE EVERYDAY

    Overview:

    We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and prior experience in accounts payable processes. Experience with Blackbaud/Financial Edge is highly preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments

     

    Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

     

    Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

     

    Assist with month-end closing procedures

     

    Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role

    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
