Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, translating them into functional requirements for the NetSuite ERP system, and configuring the software to meet specific organizational needs. Additionally, the role involves training users on the system and ensuring smooth adoption and ongoing support, acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to optimize operations.
Responsibilities
+ Understand business processes, identify pain points, and gather detailed functional requirements for the ERP system across various modules, including finance, sales, supply chain, inventory, procurement, and manufacturing.
+ Assist the business in standardizing processes such as Lead to Order, Order to Cash, Call-to-Resolution, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Design-to-Build, Inventory & Planning, Plan-to-Produce, and Financial Management.
+ Perform requirements analysis, solution design, and configuration of NetSuite.
+ Configure the ERP system, including customizing workflows, setting up data fields, and defining system parameters.
+ Design and execute test plans to validate system functionality, identify bugs, and ensure quality before go-live.
+ Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, resolve queries, and implement system updates.
+ Enforce and manage master data management protocols to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
+ Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end users on ERP system functionalities.
+ Facilitate change management activities to support user adoption of the new ERP system and address concerns.
+ Contribute to ongoing projects, including planning, delivering to agreed timelines, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver ERP implementation on schedule.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
+ 3-5 years of ERP functional consulting experience, particularly in NetSuite.
+ Deep understanding of business processes across various functional areas, such as finance, sales, operations, and manufacturing.
+ In-depth knowledge of ERP platforms, especially NetSuite, including modules, integrations, configuration options, and best practices.
+ Certification in Oracle Cloud, NetSuite ERP, and/or integrations preferred.
+ Knowledge of ERP standards and best practice processes.
+ SQL development and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with all organizational levels.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience in training and assisting users.
+ Ability to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in the manufacturing industry in an ERP consulting role.
+ Experience with NSAW - Reporting in NetSuite.
+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, information sciences, or similar.
Work Environment
This role requires working four days onsite and one day from home at the Cherry Hill location. You will collaborate closely with project management and other team members in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity offers hands-on experience with a NetSuite cleanup project in a rapidly growing, multi-billion dollar multinational company.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
