    About the Team

     

    The Enterprise Commercialization Team is responsible for supporting renegotiations with DoorDash’s largest restaurants, developing revenue-accelerating strategies, refining go-to-market motion, and building reporting processes to manage growth strategies. Given the scale and complexity of our key partners, this team is a critical piece of DoorDash’s growth and success in every market in which we operate.

    About the Role

    As a Manager on the Enterprise Restaurant Team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing deal pipelines, advising on partnership pricing strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams including Strategy & Operations, Drive, Legal, and Business Development. You will help shape and execute strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating enterprise sales, while also streamlining sales cycles through process improvements, refreshed marketing collateral, and support for high-priority merchant escalations.

    + Be Responsible for managing deal pipelines across DoorDash’s first party and third party channels

    + Work cross-functionally and serve as a working team lead with our partners, DoorDash management, operations, product, and support teams

    + Be instrumental in executing pricing strategies for our largest restaurant partners

    + Contribute to the development of strategic motions to accelerate revenue for DoorDash’s Enterprise Restaurant Team

    + Analyze data and use insights to build business case and drive adoption of our recommendations

    + Accelerate sales cycles through creation of process improvements, updated marketing collateral, and merchant escalation support

    + You have 3+ years of experience in management or operations consulting, finance, business strategy / analytics, business operations, or other analytically-intensive and client facing roles

    + You have proven success working in cross-functional teams (e.g., with product, marketing, and operations)

    + You have strong project management and organization skills

    + You like rolling up your sleeves as much as you like the big picture

    + You have strong presentation and data analysis skills

    + You are a problem solver at core, with a strong bias for action

    + You’re comfortable with a fast pace and several moving parts

    + You have strong communication skills (both written and oral) that can be tailored to different audiences (e.g., board room and bbq)

    + You have the ability to develop and track toward formalized goals

    + You have a bachelor’s degree and a strong understanding of business

    + You are proficient with excel and creating impactful presentations; SQL proficiency is a plus

    Compensation

     

    Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

     

    In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

    See below for paid time off details:

    + For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.

    + For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

     

    The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.

     

    $144,160 — $212,000 USD

     

    The total on-target earnings (base + commissions) for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.

     

    $180,200 — $265,000 USD
