    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Planner with strong experience in SAP to manage and optimize supply planning processes. This role is responsible for ensuring product availability, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and supporting production and procurement planning through effective use of SAP tools.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and maintain supply plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing costs.

    + UtilizeSAP (APO, IBP, or ECC)to manage material requirements planning (MRP), production schedules, and procurement activities.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, logistics, and sales to align supply plans with business goals.

    + Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.

    + Maintain accurate master data in SAP, including lead times, safety stock levels, and planning parameters.

    + Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes and contribute to forecasting accuracy and capacity planning.

    + Support new product launches and phase-outs by coordinating supply chain readiness and inventory transitions.

    + Generate reports and dashboards to communicate supply status, KPIs, and planning insights to stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.

    + 3+ years of experience in supply planning or related supply chain roles.

    + Proficiency inSAP(preferably SAP APO, IBP, or ECC modules).

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other planning tools is a plus.

    + APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
