Job Title: Catalog SpecialistJob Description
Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing data quality and customer experience for a diverse product catalog. This role involves managing and improving the data quality program, focusing on personalized and custom product offerings. You will play an essential part in increasing customer trust and conversion rates through meticulous data management and seller communication.
Responsibilities
+ Manage day-to-day operations of the data quality program.
+ Pull reports, review selections and policies, and organize data into groups.
+ Curate content for seller-side experiments, ensuring quality content setup.
+ Maintain effective communication with Selling Partners, addressing queries and establishing best practices.
+ Implement quality control measures, review policies and content for accuracy.
+ Efficiently manage workflow, set deadlines, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress.
+ Resolve issues and discrepancies promptly during audit and curation processes.
+ Document program progress, including expenses and encountered issues, for transparency and future reference.
Essential Skills
+ Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and partners.
+ Proficiency in reporting, capturing trends, and distilling information.
+ Ability to be a self-starter, handle ambiguity, and create processes.
+ Proficient in using Pivot tables.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1-3 years of relevant experience.
+ Degree strongly preferred, flexibility for exceptional candidates.
+ SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.
Work Environment
Work within a predominantly tech-focused team, mainly composed of engineers based in Phoenix, with business teams in Seattle. The role offers remote, hybrid, or onsite flexibility, allowing independence while contributing to team projects. Flexibility for some overlap with Pacific Standard Time is desired.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
