    Job Type: Tenant Retention Coordinator

    Pay:$20/hr

    A leading organization is seeking a tenant retention coordinator to join their team. This position will primarily focus on reaching out to tenants during their lease renewal period. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of customer service experience and feel comfortable interacting with customers.

    What you’ll do:

    + Follow up with tenants (why are they moving out, why are the extending)

    + Seek feedback from tenants

    + Work towards retaining tenants

    + Send a few hundred emails a week to tenants

    + Follow up with tenants who send letter of intent

    + Ad hoc responsibilities

    What you’ll bring:

    + 1 year of Customer Service Experience

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    + Strong communication skills - comfortable interacting with customers

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

     

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
