    Job Title: Project Manager, Non-Technical

    Job Description

    This role aims to temporarily augment and support the existing resources of a team, addressing cyclical business needs. The position involves first footprint planning and improving system integration and automation, with a focus on compute monitoring and ensuring adequate server capacity.

    Responsibilities

    + Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.

    + Drive program/project schedules and status reports.

    + Create and/or review multiple functional specifications for decision-making on product or service implementation.

    + Provide technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers and Product Unit Managers.

    + Organize cross-functional activities to ensure the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.

    + Contribute to first footprint planning for new data centers and regions.

    + Engage in regular meetings for alignment and reporting, planning and organizing, and building tools to automate and streamline processes.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum 5 years experience with data analysis.

    + Minimum 5 years experience with Excel.

    + Minimum 5 years experience with planning and organizing.

    + Strong project management and program management skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with skills beyond intermediate level.

    + Experience with database languages like SQL is preferred.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with MSFT is a nice-to-have.

    + Curiosity and independence in understanding and improving processes and tooling.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is primarily remote, with occasional meet-ups possible for local candidates. The standard setup will be provided by the supplier. The role follows a standard Monday to Friday schedule, 40 hours a week, with the possibility of up to 5 hours of overtime per week. The ideal candidate should be located in the PST timezone, preferably in the Greater Seattle area.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $47.00 - $52.00/hr.
