Responsibilities

Our multispecialty group, **Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield** , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible ENT Physician to join our team in Bakersfield, California. If you’re eager to practice where collaboration meets compassion and every patient story matters, we want to hear from you!

**Practice Highlights** :

+ Join an experienced ENT in a collaborative, supportive group setting

+ Full-scope practice, including outpatient clinic, outpatient surgery center, and hospital consults

+ Focus primarily on adult cases, with occasional pediatric cases

+ Emphasis on high-quality care rather than patient volume

+ Dedicated MA team to streamline workflow and enhance patient care

+ Competitive Compensation and Benefits:

+ Salary: $475,000–$500,000 per year

+ Excellent earning potential with a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus

Qualifications

+ MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology (ABMS or AOA)

+ A valid and unrestricted California medical license

+ DEA Certification

Pay Range

$228.37 - $240.38 /hour
