    **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced plant maintenance technician with a diverse experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical systems, PLCs, and conveyor systems. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plant equipment in a fast-paced food production environment.

    Essential Skills:

    + Experience in industrial maintenance.

    + Proficient in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

    + Strong mechanical and preventive maintenance skills.

    + Electrical troubleshooting skills (240v, 480v motor changes, wiring).

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    + PLC troubleshooting is a plus.

    + Experience in conveyor maintenance.

    + Experience in food/beverage production maintenance is beneficial.

    + Schedule: The work schedule is 6 days on, 2 days off, with double time pay every Sunday worked and 1.5x pay for time worked over 8 hours on each shift.

    + Shifts:

    + 1st shift – 4 am to 2:30 pm

    + 2nd shift – 2 pm to 10:30 pm

    + 3rd shift – 11 pm to 7:30 am

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
