    Job Title: Process Technician

    Job Description

    As a Process Technician, you will be a key player in maintaining the injection molding area, consisting of 4-6 machines. Your role will involve troubleshooting and correcting issues on the production line, as well as making necessary adjustments to speed, feed, and temperature. You will be responsible for starting up and shutting down the production lines, demonstrating leadership within the team by assigning tasks and ensuring production quotas are met.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding machines.

    + Make adjustments to line speed, feed, and temperature.

    + Start up and shut down production lines.

    + Provide leadership and assign tasks within the team.

    + Ensure production quotas are achieved.

    Essential Skills

    + Troubleshooting expertise.

    + Plastic processing and mold inspection knowledge.

    + Quality control and quality checks proficiency.

    + Preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs experience.

    + Mechanical troubleshooting skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 2+ years of plastic processing experience.

    + Documentation experience in quality, adjustments, and production goals.

    + Visual quality inspection experience.

    + Experience in starting up and shutting down machines.

    + Leadership or team lead experience.

    + Injection molding experience.

    + Preventative maintenance experience.

    + High mechanical aptitude.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in an injection molding facility that produces plastic buckets and lids, **operating on a 2-2-3-2 schedule. Openings are available for both day shifts (7am-7pm) and night shifts (7pm-7am)** . The facility is clean, climate-controlled, and does not require mandatory overtime.

    This is a Permanent position based out of **Fremont, Indiana.**

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr.
