    Job Title: 2nd Shift Forklift Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to efficiently maneuver various forklifts, facilitating the movement of products throughout our facility. This role offers the opportunity to cross-train and master multiple forklift types, including sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, and clamp truck.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate different forklifts to transport products within the facility.

    + Engage in cross-training to become proficient in using sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and clamp trucks.

    + Execute order picking and inventory tasks.

    + Utilize RF scanners for tracking and inventory management.

    + Participate in shipping and receiving operations.

    + Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of materials.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 6 months experience operating forklifts.

    + Proficiency in using various forklifts including stand-up, reach truck, and cherry picker.

    + Valid Driver’s License due to the safety-sensitive nature of the position.

    + Experience in order picking and handling inventory.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Willingness to learn and cross-train on all types of forklifts.

    + Comfortable working at heights.

    Work in a non-climate controlled warehouse equipped with overhead fans. The role involves working in a dynamic setting that encourages growth and learning.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Peters, Missouri.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
