    Job Title: Avionics Technician / Aircraft Electrician

    Job Description

    We are currently seeking skilled Avionics Technicians or Aircraft Electricians to join our team, performing modifications, troubleshooting, and repairs on UH-60 aircraft supporting the PIF program. While the primary focus will be on UH-60s, there may also be opportunities to support other platforms such as AH-64, LUH-72, V-22, and CH-47.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform modifications and installations on UH-60 aircraft and potentially other aircraft platforms.

    + Troubleshoot and repair avionics systems on various aircraft.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure successful completion of projects.

    + Adhere to safety and quality standards throughout all processes.

    Essential Skills

    + 5-10 years of experience as an avionics technician or aircraft electrician.

    + Experience with modifications, installations, and troubleshooting of avionics systems.

    + Familiarity with UH-60 aircraft is preferred but not required.

    + Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Rotary wing experience is preferred, though fixed wing experience is considered.

    + Experience from Avionics in the Air Force is beneficial.

    Work Environment

     

    The work is conducted in a hangar environment, with a day shift schedule of 6 am to 4:30 pm from Monday to Thursday, totaling 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime as needed.

    This is a Contract position based out of Meridianville, (Huntsville) Alabama.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.
