Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Description
As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for lifting parts onto an assembly line, with a hoist available for heavier items. You will follow instructions displayed on a computer screen to proceed with the assembly process and operate basic handle tools. This role involves repetitive tasks and requires attention to detail.
Responsibilities
+ Lift parts up to 50lbs onto an assembly line.
+ Use a hoist for lifting heavier products.
+ Follow instructions on a computer screen for assembly steps.
+ Operate basic hand tools such as Air Rivet Guns and battery-powered drills.
+ Perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision.
Essential Skills
+ Assembly experience
+ Proficiency in using hand tools
+ Understanding of production and mechanical assembly
+ Ability to read blueprints
+ Mechanical aptitude
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with power tools
+ Ability to use a tape measure
+ General labor and warehouse skills

Work Environment
The work environment includes a choice of shifts: 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm and 3rd shift from 10pm-6am. Employees enjoy two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch, with flexibility in scheduling to leave earlier if preferred. Voluntary overtime is available, offering additional work hours before or after shifts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
