Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.

• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

• Manage budget and resources effectively to meet operational goals.

• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49.00 - $59.00/hr.
