    Job Title: 1st Shift General Production Worker - WEEKLY PAY!

    Job Description

    Join our team as a General Production Worker where you'll be responsible for assembling and producing custom doors using various equipment such as clamps, presses, sanders, nail guns, hand and power tools, and computers. A basic understanding of reading a tape measure is essential, and you should be prepared to consistently lift 50 lbs.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform product assembly and production functions for custom doors.

    + Utilize equipment including clamps, presses, sanders, nail guns, hand and power tools, and computers.

    + Read and interpret tape measures accurately.

    + Lift and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs consistently.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with hand tools and power tools.

    + Ability to read and interpret tape measures.

    + Experience in general labor, assembly, and construction.

    + Comfortable with machine operation and production processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Prior experience in assembly, construction, carpentry, or manufacturing settings.

    + Familiarity with wood products and blueprint reading.

    + Experience with inspection and packaging.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6 am, with willingness to work every other Saturday from 6 am to 2:30 pm. Steel-toed shoes are not required. The environment involves working with wood products and requires the use of various tools and machinery.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northwood, Iowa.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
