    Job Title: Night Shift Structural Welder – OT + Differential Pay

    We’re hiring experienced Structural Welders for our growing team. If you’re proficient in MIG and Flux welding, can read blueprints, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

    What You’ll Do:

    + Interpret blueprints and layout plans

    + Set up and operate welding equipment (MIG/Flux)

    + Perform 3G (vertical) welds and grind finished welds

    + Inspect welds for quality and accuracy

    + Maintain a safe and clean work environment

    What You Bring:

    + Strong skills in MIG and Flux welding

    + Ability to read blueprints and tape measures

    + Experience setting amperage/voltage and grinding welds

    + Must pass a 1G MIG and 3G MIG Hot Pass 3/8 Plate Flux Fill & Cap test

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
