    What You’ll Do

     

    You’ll be the driving force behind the performance and reliability of our specialized equipment fleet. From diagnostics and repairs to project installations and preventative maintenance, your work will directly impact our customers’ success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Schedule and perform diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of equipment.

    + Conduct diagnostics on Power, Pump, HVAC, Load Bank, and Compressor equipment.

    + Lead installation crews for project setups involving power generation, distribution, HVAC, dehumidification, pumps, and load banks at customer job sites.

    + Maintain accurate service records and submit warranty claims as needed.

    + Perform rent-ready inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.

    + Install flexible gas hoses for propane and natural gas applications, ensuring all connections are tested and secured safely.

    + Document project progress through daily notes, labor logs, progress reports, job safety summaries (JSS), and job safety analyses (JSA).

    + Collaborate with Service Managers and Rental Operations to ensure all rental equipment meets company standards and brand commitments.

    + Safely dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.

    + Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and procedures.

    + Be available for scheduled on-call emergency service.

    + Perform all duties associated with the Level 1 Technician role.

    What You Bring:

    + 3–5 years of experience with pump and power equipment.

    + Strong knowledge of diesel engines, generators, air compressors, and power distribution.

    + Familiarity with dehumidification systems (CDI, Munters) and compressed air treatment.

    + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and hydraulic flow diagrams.

    + **EPA certification and understanding of basic refrigeration systems - MUST HAVE**

    + Excellent project management and customer service skills.

    Schedule & Compensation:

    + Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    + Overtime: 10+ hours weekly, paid at time and a half

    + Pay: $25-$34/hr (based on experience and interview)

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
