    Job Title: Production Associates - all shifts

    Job Description

    Join our team in a dynamic production environment where you will contribute to the production of food products. You will be involved in various stages of production, including boxing, stacking, loading, and unloading products on the line.

    Responsibilities

    + Work on production lines, boxing and stacking products.

    + Load and unload products into machines and palletize them.

    + Open boxes with empty glass bottles and feed them into production machines.

    + Grab boxes off the line and palletize them.

    + Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the day.

    + Follow all GMP practices.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to lift 15-20 pounds.

    + Capable of standing on feet for shifts ranging from 10-12 hours.

    + Ability to work collaboratively on a production line.

    + Comfortable working on a high-speed production line.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in warehouse, production, and general labor is beneficial.

    + Familiarity with stacker, pallet jack, and packing operations.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a food manufacturing environment where you will be exposed to varying temperatures, strong smells, and sounds from machinery. Safety gear, including gloves, beard nets, hair nets, earplugs, and safety glasses, will be provided. You will be required to bring your own steel-toe boots and will be provided with royal blue shirts for work. You'll be part of a diverse team, working alongside 10-20 people on a line, with up to 200 people in the warehouse during peak season. A locker and break room with microwaves and vending machines are available for your convenience.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hurlock, Maryland.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $15.25/hr.
