Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for both preventative and reactionary maintenance on various machines. Your primary focus will be on mechanical tasks, but you must also have the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot effectively.
Responsibilities
+ Perform preventative and reactionary maintenance on machinery.
+ Swap out and rebuild hydraulic cylinders.
+ Change and program switches.
+ Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic cylinders.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints for troubleshooting purposes.
Essential Skills
+ Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
+ Mechanical repair and maintenance.
+ Hydraulic and pneumatic system troubleshooting.
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
+ 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ Ability to diagnose and repair AC/DC motors.
+ Capability to become CEW certified within the first 90 days.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ PLC troubleshooting experience, particularly with Allen Bradley systems.
+ Understanding of PLC inputs and outputs.
+ Experience in plastic injection is a plus.

Work Environment
This is an injection molding facility producing plastic buckets and lids. The environment is very clean and climate controlled. The work schedule follows a 2-2-3-2 pattern with options for day shifts from 7am-7pm and night shifts from 7pm-7am. No mandatory overtime is required.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fremont, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
